()-.-() My god...school's reopening soon and I haven't sorted anything out yet....stress* I need a haircut.... do a poster and proposal for current affairs...mounting for the stamp collection competition...English meaning hw....sorting out of files...cleaning of room...studying for everything...rewriting notes...arghhh!!!! There's only 1 day left!!!!! Damn It.... Alright then...this somewhat meaningless post is to summarise what I did during the June hols and for my plans for THIS MONDAY.

31st May - 3rd June: RCY CAMP
3rd June:5 hour Shopping at Tampines 1 & Tampines Mall
4th June - 13 June: In Korea with friends and brothers! XD

16th June: Darius came too! We went to Lena's house, after getting lost for an hour, for stamp collection competition preparation

22th June: Choir Arts Fiesta Preparation & Class BBQ
23rd June: RCY Tree Of Life & Winnie came over for Current Affairs Discussion. Took 2 buses and met Desi at Tampines. Went shopping!
24th-27th June: Stayed at Desi's house...went to do hw at Tampines 1 too noisy...then at Tampines Mall's mac...kanna chased out...took mrt to White Sands' library....finally! Took the last bus at 11.30pm to Changi Airport...to...'walk walk"... Got high with Desi and took Static photos in the bus...Currently at cousin's house for a gathering!

Hey....currently really freaked out...a freakin' roach flew in the window and scared the hell out of me before disappearing under my bed...I am so not going to sleep now...3.42am now...2 more hours to go...then I'll go swimming at 6am...I am so tired but rejuvenated! Leadership camp really freshen me up!!!! Woosh! It has overall been quite an experience....I'm going to do a short summary from my POV, so... if you want to know more... look up Fathul's, Jessica's or Nora's blog... okay...hmmm Wait! ~ to XinJie! I LOVE GORILLA <3
Day 1
I was kinda procrastinating coming at first but I thought it out and realised that I should be responsible...I have after all been selected...I shouldn't let my teachers down...besides...I'll be wasting the overseas charges that I've paid, calling Ms Vani in Australia, if I don't go...( I'm glad I did :D ) So i went to school early and yeah...I got grouped with Great leaders like Chelene, Alvin, Fathul, Kengie, LiQin, Nora, Jasmine, Cherie, Kennedy, Jessica, Lena, FengRong and Deon. XD We named our group the.... Tele-TAUPORKS !!!! Pork!!!! I was pretty reserved during the first day...for reasons unknown...first round was the blindfold game...Kennedy was leader....we won that round cause everyone felt that they could trust him to lead us to safety as we were all blindfolded. Then came the tug-of-war...we had to give in our 100% COMMITMENT. Okay...so we worked hard...but we still lost, miserably...As the game processed, everyone got really defeated and pissed off and I felt really guilty...the facils keep talking about us giving our all and that we can feel it inside but honestly, I don't feel anything at all... and everyone else looks like they're trying so hard. I did try but I'm not sure if I've tried enough. Fathul led this game and overall...we morped into a better team with closer ties after this game...Kengie was leader for the game before....and really gave us hope...she keeps encouraging us ... Chelene volunteered to be the leader next and really made us go RAWR RAWR RAWR!!!!! Yeah...so we had the ranking exercise next...was ranked bottom 3 in the group...because of my quietness...was rather crushed...but expected lah....I have no idea why... but I was really silent during the first day... Maybe it's because my close friends weren't there? But then Facil Jones said some encouraging words that made me resolved to change. So... Bernice Fighting! And I did try harder on the 2nd day! ^^ Was really smiley at night went we went on an, unfortunately uneventful nightwalk that was super boring... the toilet lights went off AGAIN when we were bathing...coincidently I was in the stall with the ventilation thing AGAIN...It was soo freaky... Made some friends within the group....
DAY 2
Today was better!!!! We had a confession activity...we were supposed to be resolving any conflicts with anybody...within the group... well...I cried when I opened up. I know it seems weak to some people...but I can't help it if I'm emotional right? Well, Alvin tried to convince me that I did give my 100% but...I'm still not sure...FengRong was leader for the next activity. Lunch... Lena cheered me up...and encouraged me. She believed that I could do it...Lena and Alvin have changed since this camp...I appreciate the fact that they both stepped back and gave others a chance. That's nice :D So..I was the next leader for the balloon game. It went quite well.... we adapted to change and used different strategies. I was praised! But I still feel uncomfortable when praised...that's something I must change.We did a hotseat segment...where we talked about real personal matters...Deon was the leader for the next 'hoops' challenge...wa lao...I'm still feeling the after-effects of doing 700+ squats.... Nora pushed herself to her limits. Though she could barely stand and wobbled, she preserved and managed to throw in 3 hoops at once! Wow! Good Job! :D We went to HP for dinner and we all ate KFC under the void deck. Desi and Kevan brought me extra $$$. Tele-TauPorks all sat at the parade square at night sharing our opinions on certain...unpleasant stuff. Overall, today was thumbs up!
DAY 3
Last day!!!! Liqin was leader and we won at last! In the last challenge... we overtooked the bus tarts ( I am not calling them bastards, that's their name) and finally won!!! We achieved balance in Relationship & Task! Went home at 12.30pm... Hs Leadership Camp has ended...I've learnt valuable lessons here...and improved my thinking. So...Potato Peepos...you needn't worry about me flaring up over little stuff ever again...See Miao Miao...be my witness!

Now for Korea trippy...Lazy to post bout the details...so here is a slideshow! Just so you know...there is no illegal parking in housing carparks there. Some cars are parked to block your car's exit. To solve the problem, push the cars out of the way. Honestly, that's what we did. The cars are extremely un-heavy. I went with my bros, non parents, to stay with friends... Going on a long ~hiatus~ soon....be sure to miss me!!!! I know I will...Bleh....am not talking about results...even though i got highest for English. Wow..wow...wow....i heart 'Boys Over Flowers'!!!!! The Korean version is sooo much better than the Taiwan and Jap one!!!! No wonder Miroo loves it so much!!!!! Watched the last episode on Youtube. Good Morning my Lords and Ladies,

I, also known as Midsummer Lady, am proud to declare...that....I Am A Hopeless Romantic! Blame Lily Evans/James Potter fanfictions...they are so dreamy...Take this one for example, Philologus http://www.fanfiction.net/s/2863594/1/Philologus , wow...this story is so cute....I like how the author changed the setting to a non-magical school called H.W Academy and transformed the magical beings into nobles...There is a ranking system within which separate a privilege few as Elites that will eventually become part of the King's court. Sounds familiar? Either way, I really like the idea of the ranking system...it boosts morals. I shall like to be in that school....I'm going to use this as my motivation. Study hard to get to the top! My results are mediocre now...though better than the previous year's. I must start learning! I have the ideas and the notes and a $3000+ secret to learning. Unfortunately, I don't have the discipline. Lappy, it's your fault! Really happy bout my A1 for Math paper 1 though. It's my second time passing and first A1! So, you see, I just have to start studying three days in advance....I finally gotten rid of my only C, I'll just have to get rid of the B and then it's straight As for me...I'm looking forward to that...Another touching LE/JP tale, Underneath This Smile http://www.fanfiction.net/s/3234359/1/Underneath_this_Smile , tells of an abused Lily Evans and how James Potter rescued her and everything...it so romantic, I swoon every time JP consoles and hug Lily Evan. Well....this entire post will be dedicated to the oh-so-wonderful IB programme, the academic achievements of my youngest bro and the wonders of Jagabee!!!!!^^I luv Oyster porridge....hehe

Okays....I have decided to go to ACS(I)'s IB, S'pore's best:D Laura, En En, See Miao & Jas are trying too!!!! Searched for ACS(I) on Youtube and Google blogs...wow, the videos and info there really increased my interest in ACS! It's nice reading about how others, wrestle about whether to go to ACS's IB programme or other JCs...We're in for some tough competition though, most of them are from elite schools and I feel very zibei seeing that I'm from a neighbourhood school and they're like so....elite-like. I must buck up! My bro is taking his gifted exam in August, he wants to go to IB too...yay!!!! We can be together^^I even did the law of attraction stuff and printed a pic of ACS(I) for motivation. :P So...you must be wondering what IB is right? Well...here's a list!

Capitalism is an economic system in which wealth, and the means of producing wealth, are privately owned. Some people do not support capitalism...especially the Marxists a.k.a so called communists. In short, Capitalism is selfish, since some people would definitely not help the poor with their money ( Excluding the good philanthropists ) but Marxism is also bad, since most countries that support this, do not follow through with their laws. They rob the rich to give to the poor. This in turn is bad for the rich...so...I supposed neither is good? How about liberalism? And the others?

Wow, nobody corrected me for that mistake in the last post :P Cause nobody read it...:( English Paper 1 was quite fun...though my mind was a blank for the 1st period ( 10.50-11.30) I went through a draft for the proposal writing but found it sucky so I redid it! :D I snapped out of my reverie at 11.30 and started redoing the proposal...then proceeded to the section 1. Erm...i choose Qn.1 What did you do after failing something that you have worked very hard for? I originally chose Qn.2 but got stuck. So...i redid it! So i did No.1....time was 12 when I finished...Checked my work and realised that No.1 2nd & 3rd paragraph seemed funny, so...i redid it! Again. Time was 12.20 when I finished. :D Fast right? I know.^^ Well...went for the leadership course afterwards, representing Red Cross....Saw a lot of familiar peeps, sat with Laura, Michelle & Jiayi...It was overall, extremely enriching...

Jiayi introduced me to the 39 clues and now i'm completely addicted to Amy and Dan's adventures!!! Ian & Amy look so sweet together...awwww. Oh well, I've decidedly decided to stay single for the rest of my life till i meet someone like Campbell Alexander in My Sister's Keeper or Ian Kabra from the 39 clues.... ever noticed that they're all fictional characters? Wow...I finally understand why Agatha Christie is so famous le...her books rule!!!!! Currently trying to read Detective Poirot series before advancing to Ms/Mrs Marple...Detective Poirot is pretty conceited...Finish 3 in the series so far...in a record 3 days...5 - 300 pgs books- in 3 days! And no, I did not skim through! I'll punch you if you even suggest that! i just skipped my Hw, didn't study and read during dinner,while bathing, during recess, math and Chinese that's all...Grrrr...

Have anyone read Forgotten Fire? It's about the Armenian Genocide? Omg, I really enjoy reading survivor accounts of the various wars...they do make me shed some tears...the stories usually tell of how they survived the war while everyone they knew died a terrible death. It may sound fictional...the grotesque killings by various dictators....you may find it hard to believe that such people truly exist in the world, but it's true. Your neighbour, with his kindly blue eyes and free sweets might actually be planning the extermination of a million Armenians...I don't get it really, why are ppl like Hitler so bias towards other religions? So much that they'll stop at nothing to exterminate every single of the religion? What did they ever do to them anyway? You can't judge an entire religion just because of something a single black sheep did! I don't think that the Armenians and Jews deserved to die...It's unfair!

I'm sure some of those more mature peeps interested in history and politics might think that an amateur sociologist/ political scientist like me am only spouting nonsense, but I must discuss this as part of my learning... I read the revolutionary Animal Farm last year, that got me interested in Marxism...it sounded nice at first, I mean like preventing the exploitation of the working class and a class-less society. Preventing men from dominating women is a plus too=PThen I realised that Marxism = communism....right? But then they are different branches of Marxism...are they all radicals? Definition of communism = Communism is a socioeconomic structure and political ideology that promotes the establishment of an classless based on common ownership and control of the means of production and property in general. That's good right? But my mom said that Communist don't usually follow their own rules...a.k.a they rob from the rich to provide for the poor. This isn't nice. I am not naming examples but you should be able to guess the countries...What about Capitalism and liberalism then? I am really interested in this type of stuff...so please let me know if you have more info. :D

The concert went okay I supposed...I didn't get to see it!!! Sad....Hung out backstage with the rest of the Choir...Clovis is a very nice boy to disturb...hehe :P Minus the fact that he hits heads, is sarcastic and has a tendency to step on my hand or kick me... Violent guy...tsk tsk...Sang the wrong verse during the concert! Thankfully no one heard....cause the rest of the Choir also sang the wrong verse..:P Met up with Mrs Lai & Ms Vani after the concert to talk about my missing money and tomorrow's FA. I guess my money is gone forever....Went to Humans afterwards and joined the stamp collecting thing again.... Everyone seems to be in a happy mood today...they should play song dedications everyday! Smiles would definitely be guaranteed^^ Ohhhh....how I love my secondary school life! With the whirlwind of activities....and friends...My friends are the ones that cheer me up considerably...they save me seats and watch my back...they say hello when I pass...they put up with my sometimes foul temper...I love...

The past few days were real hectic...what with the rehearsal and everything...I really heart my ccas!!!! Though they cause lack of sleep and super stress...I really do not want to give up my ccas when i graduate...Well, the rehearsal for the International Friendship Day rules!!!! 3rd post and counting...Hello!!!!! Whoosh...went out with Rui Min & Yee En today....Potato people rule!!!! See Miang & Jaslyn couldn't come...sad:( I could really do with their advice...Kay...first took 72 to Yio Chu Kang Station, then took Mrt to Orchard... Walked up and down Orchard...called Laura for company....she couldn't come....ended up in Far East Plaza after a wasted an hour of walking up and down... wait! I wore a blue denim skirt with a white polo tee and a hooded black esprit blouse...pink flats and a tartan headband...sounds familiar right? Yups...Gossip Girl...:P Kay...so we walked around Far East...pretty boring...bought a beige blouse with a pink and white Cami...spent half and hour in Chameleon...looking at accessories...bought a black headband for school...another pink one...and a long necklace with a ribbon and a cat...Rui Min & Yee En bought a brown cat necklace for me as an early b'day present....thanks!!!!!:D In the end we spent 2 hours in Far East...time was now about 5+...raining...took a bus to Punggol...oops wrong bus....took bus 3 to White Sands..alighted at the wrong stop...took 15 and finally reached Tampines 1. Time was now 6.45. Rushed to find a place to eat. None. wasted half an hour. Ended up @ Mac. Went around....really no time le so rushed....bought black flats there. Really wanted to see the new Uniqlo....but extremely long queue...a lot of really great shops @ affordable prices...too bad it was now 8+ must rush home...took Mrt to Hougang Mall then 72...time now...9+....wow....hectic day....I wanna go back to Tampines 1!!!!! Perhaps in June? With See Miao & Jas this time..more people!!! Well....ending post now...wish me luck...for tomorrow's AOP...

2nd post!!! Finally found my perfect blog skin!!!! Nice right? Navigation at the side <- Stayed till 6 for the FA thing...we had the com lab to ourselves...ended up finishing the content page and the title page of the proposal in one hr....boy do my eyes hurt like hell....itchy itch....must start studying for SA le...first week of May...7 chaps of science...6 of math and 8 of history.....sigh*
Here with an ulterior motive too...here are my findings after close observation...Inference: Boys are horny idiots Evidence: They lean forward, mouth open, tongue hanging out, eyes glued to the screen, breathe shallow breaths and swallow a lot when they see a movie about a girl stripping.... LOL! Analysis: All these happened when we were watching Hairspray in the music room in the DARK...i was the only one who looked around and saw the reaction of those horny masochists...HAHAHAHA...You should have seen those faces! They kept me laughing for a long time...BTW, there's an Easter egg hunt in Pet Society, go see!Lol...watch her videos...they're extremely random...
